- A Senior Associate Platform is considered as a senior contributor for complex modules of work by bringing deep core technology expertise and relevant business subject matter expertise to the table



- High-level grouping of responsibilities (broken down into tasks / activities) that a given role needs to perform in order to be successful


KEY DELIVERABLES: (Criteria/results by which success can be measured) :

a. Delivering projects as a team member with zero-variance performance

b. Writing and developing Component Design components and associated Test plans

c. Delivery of Design and Development work

d. Assisting UAT and implementation

e. Translating the Components Design into coding components

f. Mentor and develop the technical skills of other software developers


Essential Experience: (Must have skills) :

a. A proven track record of design, development and delivery

b. OO development experience (OOPS, Design Patterns) with ASP.NET development in large scale, high volume business critical web based applications

c. Hands on development in ASP.Net and C#

d. Good design skills using n-tier architectures (scalability, caching, business & data layers)

e. Strong skills in Web Services, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Performance and Security

f. .Net 1.1 and .Net 2.0 frameworks

g. Solid database skills (SQL/Oracle/Sybase), ability to write stored procedures with exception handling, complex queries, query optimization

h. Excellent communication skills

i. Delivery focused

j. Client interaction experience will be preferred

k. Flexible and responsive work style

l. Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities

m. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure


Supplementary Experience: (Useful additional skills) :


- Business knowledge

- Financial services domain experiences would be a plus.
