SAP NW MDM Consultant


Job Description:

- The ideal candidate will be resourceful with 3-8 years of SAP experience.

- Supporting in importing data from different systems into MDM repository using Import Manger.

- Responsible for the data maintenance in the MDM repository using the MDM Data Manager.

- Responsible for working with validations, assignments and workflows

- Analyzed the Functional Specifications for the requirement and prepared the Technical Specification Document and estimations.

- Archived repositories, designed data modeling, created clients and ports by assigning appropriate map files and format while importing and syndicating.

- Imported data in to import manager through Excel/Access file formats and imported Hierarchies, flat, look ups, qualifiers, taxonomy attributes in to

- MDS by mapping appropriate source fields to Destination fields and saving map files.

- In Data Manager worked with data by creating Validations, Transformations, Rules, and Strategies to identify duplicates and merge them to have a single source of truth.

- Syndicated data by applied required destination settings and mapping in MDM Syndicator.

- Extensive knowledge and experience with progressive SRM/EBP versions in configuration and implementation scenarios such as classic scenario for Self Service Procurement.

- Configuration of technical basic settings and cross application settings.

- Involved in organization structure setup activities, business partner details check and repair analysis, creating users and assigning attributes.

- Maintain business partner data, users creation, Attributes all customizing activities those are required for EBP functioning.

- Replication of Locations, business partners, customizing and business objects from the backend system.

- Scheduling background jobs like clean_reqreq_up, bbp_get_status_2.

- Good Knowledge in Catalog Content Management and Catalog Services.

- Organization data Configuration: Created plants, Storage locations, purchasing organizations and purchasing groups.

- Assigned Plants, Purchase organizations to company code, Assigned purchasing Organizations to Plants and Assigned Purchasing organization to Reference purchase organization.

- Maintained field status for vendor account groups.

- Created Material groups and Material types.

- Configured Automatic Account Determination process.

Working Knowledge and experience in ABAP,EP,XI,PI,BI is preferred.

- Excellent communication Skills with Client Facing Exp.


Job Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai-Thane, Pune, Other Andaman and Nicobar, Port Blair, Anantpur, Chittoor

Desired Experience: Minimum 3 Years
