hi friends i am suresh,i have one offer in Synergy Netsoft solutions,hyderabad. it is a very good company. they have good projects in dotnet/testingtools and java. but the problem is they ask 1,20,000. it is not refundable. they give the 10k/month and the bond is 10 months. they are providing the tratining period 6 months after 6 months they are conduct 1 techniqal exam, if u r qualifying that than they will confirm you. if you are not qualify again they will provide training for 3 months. in this time if u r not qualify they will leave you.i am qualify. present i am earning 15kif u r intrested forward ur resume to suresh.kilaparthi@yahoo.com
