Job Description :

Your Area of Responsibility :
# Collaboration in the "customer help desk team" in Dubai or on-site at the customer (24/7)
# Providing high-quality service to our customer by phone, ticketing system and remote access
# Implementation and training of industry-specific software packages at customer premises
# Pre-analyzing customer requests for future development activities
# Software testing for general functionality and customer specific requests

Our Requirements :
# Degree in IT or equivalent
# Professional experience: ideal as an entry level or first experience in the area of customer help desk
# Readiness to work in a 24/7 multi shift work environment
# Readiness to travel locally and internationally
# Basic knowledge of the operating systems LINUX / UNIX or WINDOWS (client/server)
# Basic knowledge of relational databases
# Good probing skills and analytical skill would be an added advantage
# Good spoken and written communication skills in English
