KRA/JD :
# Sell Talent Acquisition(Permanent reqs)  solutions directly to IT Product and Niche Technology companies & manufacturing verticals like Food & Beverages, Consumer Packaged goods, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Energy, etc.  
# Sell the Contract Staffing value proposition clearly & effectively to potential new clients whilst ensuring monthly targets’ are met/exceeded.
# On-board new Accounts with end-to-end responsibility - identification, qualification, prospecting, and closure in the domestic market.( End-to-end customer management - from lead generation to collections)
# Establish client relationships and network within organizations - VP, R & D heads, Group Heads, Project Managers and B & C level executives in the target client organizations.
# Form multi-level consultative relationships within target companies i.e. CEOs, CFOs, Procurement, Human Resources & Executive Assistants to ensure a positive & productive sales experience for all prospective clients.
# Self-generate prospects & develop/manage a pipeline that will ensure you exceed annual sales targets from a cold desk.
# Work with Account Management, Implementations and other groups to ensure customer satisfaction remains best in class.
# Manage the sales pipeline, including renewals and new business
# Provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and quotes on appropriate customer prices
# Manage forecasts, help partners close deals, and track customer opportunities using company-standard process
# Field phone calls from prospective and existing customers and partners
# Grow existing partner relationships and promote sales programs developed for and with partners
# Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
# Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
# Close new business consistently at or above quota level
# Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information
# Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement
# Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team
# Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
# Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
# Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
# Travel required (approximately 40% of the time)
