Greetings to ChetanaS from Tecdale Group ! We have below job openings for our organization. 

We are looking for a 10 Technical Customer Support Executive who will serve as an expert. This is a high profile customer facing technical role to find solutions to issues faced by customers with our products and help them work through technical difficulties. This position requires to work during the North American Eastern Standard Time working hours. Excellent Communication Skill is a must. International Call Center Experience would be an added Advantage.

Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : Any Graduate

Desired Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Responsibilities and Duties :
# Answering any Computer related Technical queries or issues or support calls from the customers.
# Giving very clear and precise instructions to customers to resolve any hardware or software issues.
# Identify the issues the customer is facing in a prompt manner and assist them.
# Able to create related materials or technical manuals or instructions to build customer support knowledge base

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
# Excellent communication skills in English (French will an added Advantage) (written and verbal) 
# Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
# Excellent documentation skills
# Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
# Ability to concentrate – follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
# Good composition skills – ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
# Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

Computer Knowledge & Technical Skills :
# Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
# Basic laptop and desktop Hardware troubleshooting are necessary.
# Strong technical aptitude, ability and troubleshooting skills.
# Excellent knowledge of new technology products.
# Experience in Windows 7 & Windows 10 and newer is required.
# Experience with basic networking is required.
# Strong understanding of IT Help desk support operations.
# Good Communication, troubleshooting skills, and experience in handling Global customers over the telephone is a must.
# Communicate with customers via calls, live chat and regularly email them updates regarding their Technical issues and requests.
