Job Description :
# We are looking for Technical Support Engineers with a minimum 0-5 years of experience in the relevant field for Gurgaon location. It's a semi-tech profile where the L1 engineers will be the first point of contact for all technical queries related to login/portal/email/LMS issues.

Primary Skills :
1) Excellent communication skills (Oral as well as written)
2) 24*7 operations with rotating shifts will be in US eastern time zone.
3) Technical bend of mind to understand and isolate an incident/problem quickly.
4) Knowledge of basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop/email clients/browser configuration and compatibility.
5) Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Remote desktop tools/SCCM.

Secondary Skills :
1) Professional approach with the willingness of going an extra mile to resolve an incident.
2) Candidate should be comfortable working in US shifts timings.
3) BTech/BCA freshers with excellent communication skills are eligible to apply.
