# Chat support to US based small and medium enterprises and customers
# 24*7 shift environment
# Hardware Troubleshooting
# Excellent written and verbal English communication

Roles and Responsibilities :
# Troubleshooting / Fixing desktops, portables and peripherals for small and medium business as well as consumers both US and Canada. 
# Real Time Technical Support. 
# Excellent written / phone etiquette skills. 
# Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in resolving issues effecting customer satisfaction. 
# Good knowledge of Dell Products and peripherals. 
# High level of Initiative and extremely motivated. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. 

Candidate Profile :
# Graduate (Technical-BE/BCS/BCA/BSc (IT)) Freshers or Undergraduate candidates with 6 months of experience can apply.
# Highly Proficient in Computer Hardware, Networking and Software. 
# Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills. 
# Must be a Team Player.
