Job Position : Customer Service Voice - Banking Process

Job Designation : Associate/Senior Associate (NonTechnical)

Compensation : INR 1,25,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.

Number of Vacancies : 50

Shifts : Rotational Day Shifts

Working Days : 5 Days

Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : 
# Any Graduate
# UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, BBA / BMS - Management, BCA - Computers

Desired Experience : 0 to 4 Years
# Minimum 6 Months Experience in International Voice

Eligibility Criteria :
- Excellent Communication Skills in English.
- Confidence and Good thought process is a must.
- Experience of handling international clients .
- Excellent Computer/ Internet Navigation Skills.

Job Description :
- Handling and solving Customer problems through inbound phone while assessing client specific tools and knowledge base.
- Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at CSR level.
- Updating different trackers like End User complaint tracker etc.
- Implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions by PICs / Team Leads
- Appropriate documentation on client CRM
- Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers
- Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards
