Greetings from Placement Team of 'APIIT' ! We are organizing a Pooled Off-Campus event for the company 'Xcrino Business Solutions'. The event details are as mentioned below:

Job Position : 1. Web Developer / 2. Android Developer / 3.  HR / 4. Business Develop Executive

Walk-In Location : Panipat, Haryana

Job Location : Delhi, NCR

Compensation : 2.4 LPA

Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : (Mandatory) 
# BTech (CSE/IT/ECE)/BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA (Batch 2017/18)

Criteria for WEB DEVELOPER :
1. Strong knowledge in PHP and Javascript
2. Good experience in HTML and CSS
3. Experience in NodeJS development will be an added advantage
4. Experience in ReactJS or VueJs will be an added advantage
5. Experience in any PHP MVC frameworks, preferably LARAVEL
6. Good knowledge of relational databases and version control tools
7. Should have strong understanding of Object Oriented skills, and Agile development
8. Any degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
9. Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently or in a full team
# Must be proficient in PHP, MySQL, Codeignitor, Bootstrap, Jquery, Javascript, CSS
# Must have experience with PHP frameworks.
# Must have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team
# Must have dedication and commitment towards work.
# Knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, Wordpress, REST API (Web-services)
# Responsibilities
- Write clean, well designed code
- Understanding business requirements and functional specifications
- Should be a quick learner and able to adopt new technologies when required
- Coordinating with co-developers and other related department
- Follow industry best practices
- Up to date with the latest technologies on the WEB
- Understanding requirements and functional specifications
- Developing dynamic websites and web applications
- Ensuring foolproof performance of the deliverable
- Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments
- Sending regular updates about project status

# Participate in all phases of SDLC with detail level of analysis, algorithm design, coding, code walk and unit testing.
# Gather business requirements, Evaluate and drive new project development.
# Demonstrate understanding of application architecture and how business logic integrates with it.
# Ensure that non-functional business requirements are clearly defined (e. g., SLAs, performance requirements, performance guarantees).
# Perform and participates in all required design reviews (e. g., peer reviews, business/ partner reviews). Develop technical specifications/ design documents as defined in application/ system designs.Ensure that technical specifications/ design documents are clearly and comprehensively documented,understood and traceable to the application/ system design (e. g., traceability matrix).
# Participate in difficult and typical coding assignments with responsibility of a small module consisting of 5 8 members.
# Participate in generating of technical documentation of product/ package.Keep compliance with Newgen Quality Systems and Procedures.
# Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms, Java script Frameworks including JQuery and AJAX Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap will be preferred.Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Should have knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Understanding of SDLC, Testing Methodologies, Test Case Development, Defect Reporting and Tracking Should be able to lead team of 5-8 members. Ability to think analytically. Strong implementation skills and problem solving approach.
# Monitor the performance of the team leads, team members and new hires. Undertake one-on- one and group Interactions to provide appropriate inputs.

Criteria for HR :
1. Interview process management of entire recruitment cycle including applicant screening, preliminary interviews, soft skill interviews, technical tests, co-ordination of subsequent interviews, salary/offer negotiations and joining formalities.
2. Monitoring Pre-joining formalities till joining - conducting interviews, salary negotiation, issuing Offer letters.
3. Developing and managing strong business relationships to ensure successful placements.
4. Preparing and distributing required reports and communications to hiring managers and designated members of management.
5. Maintaining relationships and agreements with recruitment agencies and various sources for high-quality candidates.
6. Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates; schedule and conduct interviews
7. Developing and maintaining business relationships with candidates. Provide superior candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing. Ensure smooth transition post hire.
# Desired Profile Skill-Set Required:
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable working 6 days a week i.e. Monday to Saturday.
- Ability to adhere to timelines and guided deadlines
- Candidate must possess Good Listening Skills,Confidence, Multi-tasking Ability, Time Management Skills,
- Ability to work with team, Energetic, Self-driven and Highly Motivational.

Criteria for BDE :
# To develop and maintain relationship with the channel partners to conduct regular sales meetings; Possess, Identifying and networking abilities with reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach; A good team manager having a successful track record of sales Managing the entire sales operations and administration of Team. Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business;
# Develop and Implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners, Alliances; Candidates from having exposure in handling HNI and NRI Clients; Maximize revenue generation and lead closures; Making presentations and pitches to the corporate and HNI clients; Adept at exploring business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes; Skilled in forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing
existing clientele.
