# Installation and Configuration of Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 servers which includes performance, uptime, website status, web based application and server resources.

# Troubleshoot web application, website issues and IIS, MS SQL, active directory, spam filter, etc.,.

# Knowledge about database server, file server, web server, print server, etc.,.

# Maintaining desktop/laptop/servers and other IT equipments.

# Strong knowledge on windows OS installation and Recovery.

# Should have Knowledge on Backup and restore of Data.

# Asset management of IT Equipment.

# To have knowledge on Outlook configuration and trouble shooting, end-user configurations, etc.,.

# Basic configuration management, monitoring, reporting, help-desk management, Data migration, Backups.

# Troubleshooting of all kinds of OS, internet / intranet problems and monitoring.

# Maintenance, upgradation and resolution of all network related problems.

# Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments and Internet and intranet systems.

# Knowledge on OSI layers, networking, routing, switching, TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS, firewall, Wi-fi, VPN.

# Networking, security assessments, outlook, antispam, spam filter, antivirus.

# Install and maintain network hardware and software.

# Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
