    CCNA Networking

For a Fresher,System Admin role is given in networking.Job opportunities are very less,we can't expect walk-in's in networking. If you have good percentage i.e above 60 or 65 Go for Programming or Testing.I have done ccna certification and i am B.tech(ECE) 2010 passout with 65%,i have seen very less interviews or walk-in's,Even NIIT did not show me proper networking jobs,Niit has shown Voice Support Jobs mostly.

    CCNA oppprunity

CCNA Pros : you can go for MNC interview with that certification, some companies say it's mandatoryCCNA Cons : certification exam will cost 12k rs.CCNA certification alone can't get you the job.some are doing CCNA certification with money, just pay 5k extra and u will get certified in a shorter time.We can't see walk-in's for networking jobs, very rarely we can see networking jobs walk-in.most of them will go through reference or some other way,as networking people requirement is less.

    CCNA job related querie

Certification is necessary for some companies.i think for a network admin, candidate with desktop, server admin experience will be preferred.there are many people with CCNA certification.I am b.tech 2010 passout,65% exactly. After my b.tech i have done ccna certification, searched for job in networking for 8 months.Even NIIT could not show me networking jobs,NIIT brought mostly voice support jobs.I have very good knowledge of CCNA. Intelligroup recruits CCNA candidates through written, interview process.I went to Intelligroup for selection process.I failed in interview,Intelligroup people gaved me suggestion to improve communication skills and will call u after 1 or 2 months.from then onwards no information from Intelligroup.Intelligroup is the only company shown by NIIT and that too very few people(1 to 3)are recruited.Presently i am doing job in testing domain in one of the top MNC. very less jobs are available in networking for walk-in.
  5. system admin mainly deals with Operating system installation, mail servers installation, antivirus installation.for system admin - MCITP certification is preferredNetwork admin deals with design of network, assigning of ip address efficiently, configuration of networking devices like switch, router, firewallfor Network admin - CCNA certification is preferredIn small & medium companies both job roles will be mixed

    Need feedback on CMS institute

If you are a b.tech graduate with good percentage i.e above 65% ,Go for programming.I am b.tech 2010 graduate with 65.15% exactly and i have done ccna certification in networking from NIIT Institute.i have got very less interviews in networking side.in 8 months NIIT brought only two good companies(very less people they recruited) in networking domain, remaining all companies are from tech-support.now i am presently learning s/w testing course .If you got job also as a system admin you will get less salary nearly 8 to 10k.another disadvantage of networking domain is you have to do night shifts in some of the times
