IT Helpdesk -Fresher Tech Supp

It is a Help Desk profile where the incumbent is responsible to take the calls from our Client / Customers / Companies in UK/US/India troubleshooting the issues related to Server/Operating Systems/Hardware/Basic Networking problems.

It would be a night shift / 24 x 7 job

It involves:
