Job Description :
• BTech (ECE/CS/IT/E&I/EEE) /BCA/ B.Sc (CS / IT / Mathematics / Statistics) as basic qualification
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of the Infrastructure Services Business (Knowledge of basic Networking and other technologies)
• Manage Customer escalations and providing technical resolutions
• Independent troubleshooting within SLA
• Adherence to standard operating procedures / work instructions
• Ensure quality of ticket closure and queue assignment
• Maintain track specific records and Vendor management
• Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
• Participate in Talent Management meetings - sharing and acquiring knowledge
• Update the knowledge base - Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
• Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
• Participate in monthly QA audits
• Monitoring and Management of various IT Infrastructure components
• First level of Troubleshooting based on Standard Operating Procedures
• Other tasks to complete SOPs based tasks
• Additionally: for DC Ops/ICC Fresher:- knowledge of DB/NW concept and good knowledge of OS.
• For Helpdesk:-knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Internet Browsers, Adobe Acrobat etc.
• Responsible in providing voice support to the clients and online technical resolution
• Basic technical knowledge of PCs
• Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
• Technical knowledge of operating systems like Windows XP
