Job Position : MIS Analyst

Role Description :

• The Team Member is the associate responsible to ensure we are delivering timely and accurate information to each and every participant. The TM works with the Operations Manager (OM) to identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommends solutions. The TM works with the OM and others to resolve participant issues. The TM s responsible for workflow management and for resolving participant issues.


Responsibilities :

• Executes Issue/Query Resolution and ensures proper documentation and follow-up takes place

• Resolve telephone and written queries according to standard procedures and within agreed targets in order to ensure Participant satisfaction

• Ongoing delivery of quality service

• Ensure service accuracy through compliance (TAT)

• Maintain documentation of SOPs/Operating Instructions

• Identify, share, and implement process Improvements

• Compliance to TRBS & MIS.

• Processes are thoroughly executed

• All Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met (workflow closeout, etc.)

• Ensure information is processed in an accurate and timely manner in order to achieve agreed business objectives

• Works with OM to communicate problems/issues, to ensure delivery in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)


Required :

• Graduate in any discipline

• Excellent Excel and Word Skills (Macros, Functions, Pivots, Formulaes)

• Displayed process improvement skills

• Customer Service Orientation - e.g. Positive Client feedback

• Analytical with high attention to details.


Desirable :

• Good Presentation and interpersonal Skills

• Excellent written communication skills
