- Max. Uptime by attending and closing VSAT Maintenance calls and there by reaching SLAs
- Attending NSEiT Software Installations / Lease line
- Maintenance calls / Patchup gradaing.
- 24 * 7 Operations
- Updating Smart Engineer Daily.
- Customer Satisfaction.
- Preventive & Break down Maintenance.
- Process Adherence & prevent / avoid any violation..
- Adherence to Security Policies & Procedures
Desired Profile :
- Handling Day to day Calls, Resolution of the same within stipulated period
- Responding to and co coordinating customer calls. & Channelised Escalation.
