Job Position : Lead Technical Recruiter

Desired Qualification : Any Graduate

Desired Experience : 6 to 9 Years (Mandatory)

Responsibilities :
# Technical recruiter should be able to identify/screen/qualify/ interview and evaluate candidates for IT positions.
# Understanding and sourcing resumes from job portals. Preferred hands on exposure on LinkedIn for international hiring.
# More than 3/ 4 years of experience as Lead from software / IT industry.
# Should have experience in Leading a team of recruiters.
# Review and understand technical job requirement requirements.
# Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
# Interacting with various stakeholders and meeting internal client expectations.
# Research new technologies.
# Follow up with candidates/generate offers.
# Experience in Office automation tools (MS Office / excel etc) formatting or maintaining database.
# Must have background and openness to source profiles directly, this will be one of the key performance parameter i.e through LinkedIn and job boards.
# Good written and verbal communication skills.
# Experience in recruiting in international market will be an added advantage.
# End to End IT Recruitment. (Corporate Recruitment Added Advantage)
# At least 5 years of proven success in recruiting technical professionals at all experience levels.
# Ability to build and maintain immediate and long-term pipelines.
# Strong judgment, exceptional work ethic, and emotional intelligence.

Job Description :
# Minimum 6 Years in Technical Recruitment (Upto 9 Years)
# Minimum 6 to 9 Years Exp Must
# Only Domestic or Corporate Staffing.
# No US Staffing Resumes.
