Compensation : NR 50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A.

Shift Timings :
# 24*7 Hifts
# 5 Days working and any 2 days offs
# 9 Hours Login (With 1 Hour Break)

Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : Any Graduate fresher's

Desired Experience : 0 to 2 Years

Key Skills : Technical Support, Remote Desktop, Inbound Calls, Desktop Troubleshooting, Night Shift, Life Cycle, Web Technologies, voip, incident management, virtual private network

Job Responsibilities :
# Respond to customer queries via inbound calls.
# Logging incidents and service requests, categorizing and prioritizing them, and managing their life cycle as per ITIL guidelines.
# Update users about request status and close request when users are satisfied with solutions
# Troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledgebase.
# Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups.
# Excellent command on English (Verbal and Written).
