Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : Any Graduate

Desired Experience : 0 to 3 Years
# Maximum Experience can be anything in the Same Job Description, but the CTC Offered will be 11000 KPM for Freshers and 15000 for Experienced

Responsibilities :
# Comprehend and resolve the Customer's concerns/ requirements by gathering/recording an appropriate level of information to determine the nature of the query/request and action required. Processing each call / mail / chat in accordance with IL standards.
# Provide/take relevant information and update the system/s accordingly. Where the query cannot be successfully concluded at the first point of contact, provide the relevant functional area with a clear and concise written/verbal summary of the situation and its priority. Provide the Customer with a clear explanation of the action taken.
# Ensure complete participation and contribution in organization/process level initiatives that may be implemented from time to time to improve efficiency
# Ability to understand and handle irate customers
# Smoothly operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies and all applications
# Ability to achieve stretched targets and able to manage the organization standards
# Maintain Superior quality service by following organization standards

Experience - Skills - Qualifications :
# Should be a Qualified Graduate (Full time or Part time)
# Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
# Good written & verbal skills
# Typing speed 30-40 WPM.
# Freshers are ok but the lineup should happen with right balance for experienced
# Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Telephone Skills, Energy Level, Persistence
# Customer Focus
# Data Entry Skills

Transportation :
# No transportation provided as this is a domestic process
# For Male candidates whose shift is ending after 09:30PM, there will be either a home drop facility or travel changes will be compensated

Shifts :
# For Male there will be nightshifts on rotation basis.
# For Female there will not be any night shifts. Should be ready for early morning shift that starts at 07:00AM, last shift ends at 08:00PM
# Shift timings will be decided by the respective teams
# Weekoffs will be split, rotational and will in the middle of the week only
# Any shift will be around 09:30hrs includes break timings
