Compensation :
# All-Inclusive per Month Fixed Pay of Rs. 15,000/- plus 5.0 % of Every Realized Sale, Net of Taxes.
# Must Attain Minimum Two (2) Sales per Month.

Number of Vacancies : One (1)

Head Terms : 
# First one month on probation and under observation period. Once regularized, one year of commitment with the company is must to be able to issue experience certificate.

Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : Any Graduate

Desired Experience : 0 to 2 Years

Regular Office Working Hours : Monday through Saturday, IST 09:00 hrs to IST 18:30 hrs

Profile :
# Vittena is a Business Intelligence Solution Start-up developing specialised software products in the B2B segment.
# Presently the Company is on lookout for Business Development Executives for positioning its Point-of-Sale (PoS) application in the domestic market.

Pre-requisites / Key Skills Required :
# Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.
# Proven track record of winning new business opportunities and a natural ability to drive sales.
# Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed, adaptable to extended working hours.
# Fully conversant with Microsoft office tools
# Must possess Two-wheeler, Back-pack and Laptop.

Responsibilities :
# Direct-to-customer field marketing and securing sales opportunities to convert a potential customer.
# Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services;
# Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations; negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements;
# Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing; quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications; or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support;
# Provide demonstration on-site, direct delivery and installation of software products, followed by aftersales and support activities;
# Responsible for bringing in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques.
# Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
# Working to weekly and monthly sales targets.
# Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
# Conduct extensive market research, both on field and on the internet to strategically position the software products in the market, such as product comparison, SWOT analysis, feasibility study, take online surveys and gauge market condition.
# Online branding work to promote the company and its products.
