Job Position : US Telecaller

Job Category : Tele Calling

Interview Location : Chennai, Tamilnadu

Number of Vacancies : 1

Desired Qualification : Any Graduate

Desired Experience : 2 to 3 Years (Mandatory)
Requirements :
# Outbound calls to potential customers to describe products offered.
# Follow-up with customer leads or previous customers and converting the data into sales.
# Generate revenue of the company through outbound sales.
# Prior experience in International Sales (B2B) / BPO - voice process will be an added advantage.
# Excellent in Spoken English with strong oral communication abilities.
# Willing to work in Night Shifts.
# Candidates who can join immediately.
# Hands on experience in Software Product Sale.
Key Responsibilities :
# Generating new business leads through appropriate proposition and ethical sales methods.
# Maximise outbound calls to their potential, proactively booking all customers to 100% of target.
# Booking meetings with prospective clients on behalf of our sales team.
# Handling high call volumes and leads.
# Communicating and liaising with customers using appropriate methods, for development of profitable business.
# Achieving all of the required minimum sales targets and KPIs as set by your Manager.
# Communicating clearly and professionally to ensure the customer fully understands the process.
# Ensuring profound listening and communication skills to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
