Job Description :
• We are looking for B.Sc graduates who would work on the shop floor for the manufacturing plant at our mega site Phaltan.
• The selected students would be taken through a two year “Earn and Learn Scheme” of Deccan Management Consultant Finishing School (DMCFS) Pune who are helping us in the process.
• At the end of two years the students would be given a Diploma by DMCFS.

Desired skills :
• Only B.Sc PCM students can apply.

Note: We do not take computer or IT.
