• Man Power requirement to be assessed through Organizational charts & Job roles.
• Sourcing, recruiting within giving target dates.
• Shortlisted CVs sent to HOD's for their screening.
• Survey of Competency Mapping, skill matrix.
• Survey and analysis of Attrition rate.
• Good Communication skills.
