Job Position: Test Manager

Desired Qualification: Any Graduate

Desired Experience: 6-8 Years (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills: Test Manager

Required Skills:
• Ability to manage various test teams
• Strong knowledge of various testing techniques & methodologies
• Good knowledge of web-service level automation testing

Nice to have Skills:
• Knowledge of Healthcare standards (IHE, HL7, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• 6-8 years of relevant industry experience
• In-depth experience of testing methodologies and ability to mentor the Test Team in this capacity
• Strong focus to drive the product quality to the zero-defect stage, and strong understanding on concepts like regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, system testing, performance and load testing
• Ability to drive the vision for testing and automation testing for the product
• Planning & scheduling QA deliverables
• Work with 3rd party vendors in scheduling external QA activities
