Job Description :
• Responsible for trouble shooting, Diagnosing & correcting Cummins/ other engines related problems
• Maintaining excellent customer relation increasing Service / Contract business & taking ownership of the service business
• Guide customer about parts procurement from genuine sources.
• Basic computer knowledge is also essential
• To carry out mandatory checks/ attend service contracts/commitment & raise claims etc
