Business Development Executive / Manager (Freshers / Experienced)

• UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
• PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
Remuneration: Will be based on Talent & Experience
• To develop business and relationships for Balaji Telefilms new website www.hoonur.com and generate sales and business listings.
• Fresher / Graduate with 2-4 Years Sales Experience (preferably B2B) including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, media plans/ reports, providing customized & relevant solutions to clients in a Product / Services Sales / Media Sales / Advertising.
• The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a solution driven approach to work.
• The candidate should be sound in breaking the glass ceilings in a Co.
• The purpose and mission would be to assist the Manager to get Clients and generate revenue for the organization.
• Business Development, Revenue Generation, Target Achievement, Client development & servicing, Online Marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Freshers MBA / PGDBM, Past Experience in Sales and online web sites will be preferred.
• A young, dynamic, smart Graduate / Fresher who is hard-working, Team Player, fast learner with positive attitude, good communication skills, sales centric and in a position to understand the company's business objective and individual contribution.
• Optional requirement: 2-4 Years of experience in a similar profile in SYSTEMS-driven Sales Organization.
