Job Description:

Job Responsibilties : The role will involve leading the development effort / team of the company.
1.manage the performance of 4-5 resources ranging from seasoned developers to bright interns from renowned universities.
2. Actively participate in the managements business strategy discussions by utilizing his / her technical skills and experience to judge technical feasibility and scalability of the ideas.
3. From time to time be expected to come up with innovative technical alternatives to achieve goals that may otherwise be difficult to achieve using conventional methods and approach.
4.be required to attend to other duties as may arise from time to time in the company.
5. Be self motivated with very high energy levels and dynamism which is necessary to perform well in a startup environment.

Candidate's Profile : Must have Existing role as Team Lead ,Experience of Java, J2EE ,Experience of Oracle, PL/SQL & Nice to have BO -XI R2, Data integrator, CMS, BO Reporting, Informatics. BO stands for Business Objects.
Qualification : B.E/MCA/B.Tech.
