Testing Engineers/ Sr Engineers

Major Job Responsibilities: Engineer will be responsible to test features of products to ensure they meet design specifications and product requirements. Develop proficiency in performing system operations and execution of tests Responsibilities also include generating test rules and test cases / calendars, generating defects, tracking defects for related product areas and work closely with development to resolve technical issues Required to be able to perform user setup / application / process flow debugging related to individual setup Ability to evaluate and perform root cause analysis on issues in attempts to further clarify defects and determine possible workarounds. Involved in the estimation of work effort. Will be required to guide and direct junior level QA personnel and assist development and other cross functional teams.

Skills: Manual Testing/ Automation Testing
Experience: 2-5 yrs
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MSc/ MBA(IT)
Design clear and concise test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
Design and perform exploratory testing beyond documented test cases.
Execute test cases and document results.
Enter and maintain bug records in a defect tracking database.
Work with development to troubleshoot bugs and other technical issues.
